About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a current Head or Senior Sous Chef in a casual dining branded operation, looking to become part of a dynamic team in a company with a big future. You will work closely with our General Managers to manage each venue, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop your team in all aspects of kitchen management, including stocks, rotas, food safety, and presentation
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu concepts and drive sales growth
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
