Role Overview: As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations on-site, directly reporting to the Senior Site Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate logistics operations to ensure the timely arrival of materials and equipment.
- Engage with various stakeholders involved in the project to facilitate smooth operations.
- Supervise labor management, conduct toolbox talks, and oversee deliveries, waste management, and general site responsibilities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and the site team to enhance logistics processes.
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of inventory, monitor incoming deliveries, and manage on-site storage solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to logistics activities.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in logistics management within the construction sector.
- Proven leadership abilities to effectively coordinate teams and manage logistics functions.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics management role.
