Role Overview: As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations on-site, directly reporting to the Senior Site Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently coordinate logistics operations to ensure the timely arrival of materials and equipment.
  • Engage with various stakeholders involved in the project to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Supervise labor management, conduct toolbox talks, and oversee deliveries, waste management, and general site responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and the site team to enhance logistics processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive oversight of inventory, monitor incoming deliveries, and manage on-site storage solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to logistics activities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in logistics management within the construction sector.
  • Proven leadership abilities to effectively coordinate teams and manage logistics functions.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics management role.
  • Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are mandatory.
