Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at JLB Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our business, you will play a core role in generating revenue and customer advocacy.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager/salesperson to join a successful company selling unique audiovisual solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain regular and close contact with existing and previous clients across various market verticals, staying abreast of any developments in their organisations and looking for opportunities to improve or expand our services to them.
- Actively seek out new opportunities and assist the pre-sales team to convert these to sales.
- Sell in a consultative way, working closely with our technical pre-sales team/systems designers, to provide bespoke solutions that deliver the clients' business objectives that are unique to their organisation.
- Sell total solutions, including design, supply, install, training of end-users, and post-install support.
- Sell support and maintenance contracts, backed up by our excellent in-house service team, which includes remote technical support and field engineers.

What We OfferExcellent opportunities to earn high levels of commission, with an uncapped commission structure, plus benefits.
Basic Salary circa £35k doe, OTE £50k+ uncapped.
