About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this Project Manager position will oversee multiple interior fit-out projects within the retail, hospitality, and leisure industries. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are equally adept at taking initiative independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple interior fit-out projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, program control, and cost control best practices.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in fitting out retail, leisure, and food sector projects, with a minimum budget of £100,000 and a maximum budget of £3,000,000.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety requirements, program control, and cost control best practices.
  • CSCS and First Aid certifications.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000, depending on experience, plus a full package of car or car allowance and company benefits.
