Location: ST17 0UH
Salary: £21 - £30 per hour
We are seeking dedicated and experienced RMN/RGN nurses who are confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will ideally have significant previous nursing experience and demonstrate true commitment to both your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with dementia, depression, and other common health issues.
- Work under pressure during high-stress situations and maintain effective communication skills.
- Lead and support junior staff, promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient delivery of care.
Requirements:
- Passion for helping the elderly and making a positive impact on their lives.
- Ability to empathize and handle situations with care and calmness.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
