Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in growing demand for renewable energy solutions from housing developers and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads: Utilize market research and industry insights to identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build and maintain client relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with key decision-makers in the renewable energy industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Track and report sales progress: Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the renewable energy industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and effectively communicate sales strategies and results.
