Retail Channel Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Channel Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving credit penetration and applications across our network of stores, online channels, and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight of selling practices and culture across the FG stores network, online channel, and partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Retail Operations, HR, L&D, and Stores, to gain support and endorsement of strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement business requirements and training interventions to support the growth of Frasers Plus sales penetration, applications, and other business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, including OKRs, to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements in performance across all aspects of Frasers Plus initiatives.
- Support ongoing pilots, trials, and tests to create new ways of working, reporting, and options to support stores.
- Leadership experience within a retail financial services sector.
- Experience working within an operational field-based role.
- Excellent motivational and presenting skills to drive performance of key metrics.
- Experience influencing at a senior management level in a medium to large business.
- Proven track record in driving retail financial services within a previous role.
- Skills in team leadership and development to drive sales performance and improve profitability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
