About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to lead our operations in the North Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our facilities management services, ensuring seamless delivery of hard and soft services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Transition and Delivery: Oversee the transition and substantive delivery of facilities management services for all sites in the allocated regional cluster.
  • Work with Suppliers: Collaborate with HR and incumbent suppliers to ensure smooth TUPE transfer of workforce.
  • Ensure Continuous Service Provision: Ensure continuous, uninterrupted FM service provision to ensure that the customer receives 'business-as-usual' services during transition.
  • Manage Continuous Improvement: Proactively manage continuous improvement in the delivery of both self-delivered and subcontracted services, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and/or quality improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Build, develop, and maintain close working relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of these requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain an in-depth understanding of performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), producing and delivering reports and presentations to management and customers.
  • Team Management: Train, manage, develop, and motivate employees across all contracts to ensure consistency and the delivery of standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in delivery of facilities management services (soft and hard), managing operations at multiple sites, and positive customer engagement.
  • Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, commercial mechanisms in Facilities Management outsourcing, and experience in controlling costs and managing budgets.
  • Leadership: Experience of leading and managing teams and individuals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
