ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Occupational Therapist Assistant at Crooton, you will play a vital role in providing essential support that enhances the comprehensive care our clients' patients require. Your contributions will assist the Occupational Therapist in guiding patients as they navigate the challenges faced in their daily routines. Your responsibilities will encompass the planning, execution, and assessment of both group and individual therapeutic programs tailored for patients.
In this position, you will be instrumental in fostering or preserving the physical abilities and autonomy of each patient, while meticulously documenting interactions and observations when necessary. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, your efforts will significantly impact the daily lives of our clients' patients, aiding them in regaining their independence.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
To qualify for the Occupational Therapist Assistant role, you should possess a Level 2 NVQ related to care or promoting independence, with a commitment to pursuing a Level 3 NVQ or Level 2 QCF in Healthcare during your tenure. We seek an ambitious and empathetic individual with prior experience in a care or customer service setting.
