About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Regulatory Solicitor to join our team at Search Legal. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in providing expert advice to our clients on a broad range of financial services regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial services regulatory advice to a broad range of institutions, including investment banks, retail banks, investment managers, market infrastructure providers, and FinTechs.
  • Advising clients and collaborating closely with other teams to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years' PQE.
  • Experience of advising on a broad range of aspects across financial services regulation, including compliance, perimeter, asset management, regulatory change and transactional support.
  • Experience advising UK regulated financial institutions on their regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster strong internal and external relationships.
  • Solid understanding of the drivers of profitability and an interest in developing a broader understanding of commercial issues, the legal market and how they affect the Firm.
