Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer

Jameson Legal is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer to join our market-leading London practice. Our team helps clients navigate complex regulatory challenges and provides expert advice on financial services law and regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle UK domestic and international advisory and transactional/commercial projects regulatory work.
  • Deal with large, complex, and multi-jurisdictional matters across various segments of the Financial Services sector.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the team who have gained experience in-house with the regulator or within financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 1-4 years' post-qualification experience in financial services regulatory work.
  • Strong academic background and excellent sponsorship and relocation package available for solicitors with equivalent common-law experience based abroad.
