We work with a wide range of clients, including traditional and challenger banks, investment firms, asset managers, and other financial institutions. Our expertise covers all major UK/EU regulatory regimes, including CRR/CRD, MiFID II, SMCR, MAR, EMIR, PSD2, and AIFMD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle UK domestic and international advisory and transactional/commercial projects regulatory work
  • Deal with large, complex, and multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Work with clients across various segments of the Financial Services sector
Requirements
  • Approximately 1-4 years' post-qualification experience in financial services regulatory work
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent sponsorship and relocation package available for solicitors with equivalent common-law experience based abroad
