Conveyancing Specialist

Number Fifteen Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from initiation to completion. Your expertise will encompass a wide range of legal processes, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties, right-to-buy schemes, shared ownership arrangements, and lease extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a caseload of residential property matters, ensuring timely and cost-efficient completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders through clear communication and professional conduct.
- Process cases meticulously, adhering to legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Generate fee income in line with agreed targets, demonstrating a commitment to business growth.
- Proactively manage your workload, prioritizing tasks and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Meet with clients to gather detailed instructions and provide comprehensive guidance throughout the conveyancing process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a caseload of residential property transactions.
- Exceptional client service skills, consistently exceeding expectations and fostering positive relationships.
- Strong organizational and process-driven approach to ensure efficient case management.
- Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of business targets and their impact on the practice.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional standard of client care.
- Proficiency in using web-based case management systems and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients, solicitors, and introducers.
