About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Support Specialist to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will provide essential support to our Conveyancing Solicitors, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Conveyancing Solicitors, including preparing correspondence using our case management system.
  • Attend to clients via telephone and in person, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Administer filing systems, including daily filing, opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, and arrange scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience within Residential Conveyancing.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on files without dictation.
  • Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
  • Good telephone manner and comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.
