Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Development: Work with colleagues to lead the development of a bespoke provision for pupils with SEN needs, ensuring positive outcomes and fostering mainstream integration opportunities.

- Individualized Curriculum: Plan and implement a highly individualized curriculum for pupils with specific SEN needs, catering to their unique requirements and abilities.
- External Collaboration: Work closely with external professionals to deliver and monitor effective specialist interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for pupils.
