Key Responsibilities:
- Managing sales orders via phone, website, email, and Purchase Orders.
- Responding to customer inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Addressing customer concerns through phone and email communication.
- Following up with clients regarding any sales order issues.
- Handling sales returns efficiently.
- Providing customers with quotes as needed.
- Assisting in the administration of significant projects and marketing initiatives when required.
- Ensuring customer data is accurate and current.
- Performing additional duties relevant to the role.

Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in administration and proficiency in IT/Database management.
- Minimum GCSE Level 4/Grade C in English and Mathematics is essential. A qualification in Computer Studies/CLAIT or equivalent is desirable.

To excel in this role, you will need to:
- Be exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
- Retain information effectively.
- Be approachable and work collaboratively within a team, while also being capable of managing your own workload independently.
- Adapt to changes in existing processes.
- Be IT literate, with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
