Essential Skills:

  • 3-5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Experience in the financial services sector, particularly with technology-related projects.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a solid understanding of how to interpret business needs and convert them into operational requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to comprehend business workflows across various products and regions, as well as technology components, to identify and resolve issues.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently within a demanding timeframe.
  • Experience in drafting user specifications and business requirements for development teams.
  • Familiarity with development methodologies such as waterfall or agile, along with proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of key data principles and their application.
