Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, including both existing and previously engaged clients.
  • Qualify leads generated through various channels such as our website and inbound inquiries.
  • Engage with customers through multiple communication methods, including phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and online chat.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors to formulate effective strategies for key accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, attending meetings both on-site and remotely.
  • Document all sales and customer interaction activities using Salesforce.
Experience and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in telephone sales and business-to-business sales.
  • A background in distribution sectors such as logistics, transport, or construction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor both over the phone and in person.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 to £30,000, along with an uncapped bonus structure.

The role is based in the Ipswich area, focusing on the B2B market for corporate wear and safety equipment.
