Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Executive to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our GB Retail business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and risk management requirements.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to deliver value-added services to clients, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, leveraging expertise in insurance products and markets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and market contacts to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
