About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Cleaning Services team as a Cleaning Services Operations Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and daily operations
  • Assist with stock management, team rota's, recruitment, and training
  • Monitor daily service and tasks, responding to feedback and addressing areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements
  • Previous experience of working within a large team
  • Ability to work at pace and under pressure while remaining organized
  • Experience of planning and organizing operational tasks, stock control, and managing budgets
  • Confidently deal with guest concerns and resolve problems with empathy and understanding
