Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and processing soiled linen, operating laundry machines, and transporting clean and dirty linen between cycles.

Main Duties

  • Sort and process soiled linen to ensure efficient washing and finishing
  • Operate laundry machines in accordance with health and safety procedures
  • Transport clean and dirty linen between cycles
  • Fold and pack finished linen to meet customer needs
  • Report equipment and machine faults to supervisors
  • Deliver clean linen to wards and departments as required
  • Record linen packed for distribution
  • Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
