Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Newry, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in managing the contractual and employment aspects of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the contractual and employment side of HR, ensuring seamless transitions from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain accurate people data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Stay updated and ensure compliance with European regulations and employment laws.
  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management on all employment-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and initiatives.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will have extensive experience in HR with a focus on contractual and employment matters. You will also have proven experience managing people data and ensuring data protection compliance. Additionally, you will have experience with employee migration, including international relocations and new employment contracts.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can provide strategic support and guidance to our senior management team. If you have a deep understanding of European regulations and laws, and a background in handling employee migrations across countries and contracts, we would like to hear from you.
