Our client, a leading construction firm, is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Newry, Northern Ireland.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position that requires a deep understanding of European regulations and laws, extensive experience with people data management, and a background in handling employee migrations across countries and contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the contractual and employment aspects of HR, ensuring seamless transitions from recruitment to onboarding.
- Manage and maintain accurate people data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Stay updated and ensure compliance with European regulations and employment laws.
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management on all employment-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and initiatives.
- Extensive experience in HR with a focus on contractual and employment matters.
- Proven experience managing people data and ensuring data protection compliance.
- Experience with employee migration, including international relocations and new employment contracts.
- Ability to work on-site in Newry, 5 days a week.
