Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Neurocore Llc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and technical work in our automated factory, leading a team of up to 15 staff members on shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and schedule work to minimize downtime and maximize the use of our CMMS system.
  2. Establish and combat recurring problems, and provide necessary training to engineers through upskilling and development.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of engineers to meet business and operational objectives.
  4. Develop and implement a continuous improvement culture within the team.
  5. Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  6. Provide guidance, support, and delegation of work to the team.
  7. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Compliance Procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Completed a recognized engineering apprenticeship and/or hold relevant engineering qualifications.
  2. Proven experience in managing a team of engineers, with a strong background in maintenance and technical work.
  3. Excellent staff management skills and experience, with the ability to prioritize and delegate workload.
  4. Familiarity with a maintenance management system and experience in delegating work to a team.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and use own initiative.
  6. Computer literate and proficient in using software applications.
