About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IFA financial services. You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing suitability reports using templates
  • Conducting research and analysis
  • Managing investment fund switches and rebalances
  • Supporting regular client reviews
  • Collating MI and creating reports
  • Developing PowerPoint presentations and using Office 365
  • Utilizing various research tools and systems
  • Communicating effectively with clients and providers
  • Managing diaries and prioritizing tasks
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Providing exceptional client service

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • CII qualifications and experience
  • RO1, RO3, and RO4 certifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
