About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IFA financial services. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing suitability reports using templates
- Conducting research and analysis
- Managing investment fund switches and rebalances
- Supporting regular client reviews
- Collating MI and creating reports
- Developing PowerPoint presentations and using Office 365
- Utilizing various research tools and systems
- Communicating effectively with clients and providers
- Managing diaries and prioritizing tasks
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Providing exceptional client service
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- CII qualifications and experience
- RO1, RO3, and RO4 certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
