Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding engineering teams and providing direction on architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices. You will also mentor and consult with client and in-house teams to ensure they adopt the latest technologies and methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
- Develop and implement architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices
- Mentor and consult with client and in-house teams
- Ensure teams deliver high-quality solutions while adapting to various delivery methodologies and client requirements
- Identify potential risks in client engagements and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Engage with the local and wider tech community to represent CreateFuture at industry events, meetups, and conferences
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering and technical architecture
- Proven experience in a client-facing consultancy role, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience working with agile and other delivery methodologies, along with familiarity with DevOps best practices and tools
- Demonstrable experience with major cloud providers to deliver client solutions, ideally supported by industry certifications
