Position Overview: Surveying Executive

We are seeking a Surveying Executive to enhance our Affordable Housing team within the UK Residential Valuation sector. This position is vital as we expand our capabilities in loan security valuations. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious Surveyor eager to learn and assist a Director in managing intricate portfolio valuations of social housing across the nation. While prior experience in social housing is not mandatory, a genuine interest in the sector will be advantageous.

In this role, you will support a Director and should possess strong proficiency in Excel, particularly with DCF valuation models. Comfort with large datasets, excellent numerical skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Effective communication and report writing skills are crucial for engaging with clients, including both lenders and borrowers.

  • Leverage experience in property asset valuation using DCF methodologies.
