We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team at Watergate Bay Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef in the effective and efficient organisation, supervision, and control of the kitchen operation.

Key responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and portioning of all food dishes, maintaining the hotel's standards of department and personal appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene of the kitchen areas, and ensuring compliance with all instructions given by the immediate supervisor.
