Office Coordinator
Location: Care Home
Salary: £27,560.00 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as a team to enhance the lives of our residents while supporting each other in a positive work environment.
- Manage the administrative functions of the care home, including payroll processing, staff file updates, financial record-keeping, and data management.
- Utilize a systematic and organized approach to ensure the effective operation of the home, facilitating the highest standard of care for our residents.
Required Skills:
- Teamwork: A harmonious team contributes to a positive atmosphere for residents.
- Strong administrative capabilities, coupled with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a caring demeanor.
- Experience in a residential care or similar environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.
