Temporary role as Office Admin for one year to cover maternity leave.

Main duties include:

- Reception duties including answering phones, taking deliveries, opening mail
- Scheduling meetings and appointments - update calendars
- Coordinating travel arrangements including accommodation
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies and stationery
- Filing, storage and retrieval of documents
- Meet and greet visitors - arrange lunches etc
- Creating production fab packs for projects
- Tower improvement drawings
- Assisting and producing galv notes
- Assisting in general tasks in production

Hours: 36 hours Monday to Friday

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £14,705.56-£28,338.40 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
