Regulatory Affairs Specialist

At Professional Beauty Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Chemist to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory affairs department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance of our products with global regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of global regulatory strategies and ensure compliance with UK, EU, US, Middle East, and RoW market regulations.
- Collaborate with new product development teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve promotional and advertising materials to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and maintain good relationships with enforcement authorities.
- Provide technical and regulatory advice to support business growth.
Requirements:
- University degree in life sciences, biomedical science, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working in regulatory affairs within the personal care industry.
- Experience supporting new registrations, NPD, labelling, compliance, and post-marketing activities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.
