Full or Part Time Hearing Care Specialist - Monday to Friday - West Midlands Areas
Our company, Network Open, is seeking a qualified Hearing Care Specialist to join our team in the West Midlands areas. This is a Monday to Friday role, with no weekends required. As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will visit patients in their own homes to carry out fittings and aftercare, following a clinical test and dispensing by an Audiologist/HAD.
The Role:
- Fitting appointment (including Real Ear Measurements)
- Rehabilitation appointments, for patients experiencing difficulties
- Service appointments to recognise basic hearing aid faults
- Initial introductions and case history
- Maintenance of hearing instruments
- Assist in training other staff
