Full or Part Time Qualified Hearing Care Assistant - Monday to Friday - West Midlands Areas

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hearing Care Assistant to join our team in the West Midlands area. As a Hearing Care Assistant, you will be responsible for visiting patients in their own homes to carry out fittings and aftercare, working closely with our Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fitting appointments, including Real Ear Measurements
  • Rehabilitation appointments for patients experiencing difficulties
  • Service appointments to recognize basic hearing aid faults
  • Initial introductions and case history
  • Maintenance of hearing instruments
  • Assist in training other staff
