Job Details

Network Open is seeking a qualified Hearing Care Assistant to join our team in the West Midlands area. This is a Monday to Friday role, with no weekends required.

The Role:
  • Fitting appointments, including Real Ear Measurements
  • Rehabilitation appointments for patients experiencing difficulties
  • Service appointments to recognize basic hearing aid faults
  • Initial introductions and case history
  • Maintenance of hearing instruments
  • Assist in training other staff
