Job Summary

We are seeking ambitious and hardworking Civil Engineering graduates to join our Highways Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different highway specific expertise, including transportation economics and planning, highway design, traffic management planning, and pavement analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use industry leading computer software and BIM modelling programmes to deliver high-quality projects
  • Work on a range of services including planning, design, project management and asset support services
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
  • Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and best practices in Highways Engineering
Requirements
  • Computational, mathematical and design skills
  • Good technical understanding of Highways Engineering
  • Demonstrable interest in Highways Engineering and developing a career in this industry
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, both verbally and in writing
