About Our Team

AECOM's Impact Assessment Practice Area (IAPA) team is seeking a talented graduate to join our St Albans office. Our team provides environment and sustainability solutions for public and private sector clients, tackling climate and biodiversity emergencies.

We are a multidisciplinary team, working on a wide range of infrastructure development projects. Our work includes coordinating environmental inputs, identifying constraints, and developing solutions to achieve environmentally beneficial outcomes.

We are looking for a graduate with a relevant first degree and a passion for sustainability. You will have a good understanding of digital solutions and be able to help us deliver our digital transformation agenda.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on live projects, develop your skills, and contribute to our mission to create a better world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating environmental inputs across infrastructure development projects
  • Identifying environmental constraints and developing solutions
  • Preparing environmental assessment reports
  • Post-planning consent support to projects
