Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver face-to-face health assessments and private GP consultations to patients.
- Undertake clinical work in accordance with the standards of good clinical practice.
- Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Lead Physician to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide clinical advice and guidance to colleagues, including health advisors and administrative staff.
Requirements:
- GMC GP Registration.
- Professional manner with a caring attitude towards patients and colleagues.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training certificate.
- Current Adult and Children Safeguarding Level 3 training certificate.
- Member of a Medical Defence Organisation.
- Excellent time management and flexibility.
- Current experience in general practice with good clinical decision-making skills.
- Pride in work and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- IT proficiency, including MS Office, e-records, and e-prescribing.
- Regular participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
