Your Role

As a Healthcare Support Specialist at HealthHarmonie, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your responsibilities will include collecting stock and equipment, setting up examination rooms, and acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, such as completing reports and providing support with administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Mandatory requirement: a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for traveling to multiple clinic sites.
  • Previous experience in administration is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and taking pride in your work.
