About the Company: Our client, Cranleigh Scientific Ltd, is a rapidly growing utilities contractor specialising in the drainage and emergency response sectors. Due to an upcoming retirement, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHEQ Manager to join their team.
- Oversee and manage all SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) aspects of the business.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections across various sites.
- Develop and implement SHEQ policies, procedures, and programmes to promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Deliver SHEQ training and awareness programmes to employees and contractors.
- Liaise with external bodies, including regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
- Prepare and present SHEQ performance reports to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- NEBOSH qualification is essential.
- Proven experience as a SHEQ Manager within the utilities, waste, or civils sectors.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role.
