About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Lookers Farnborough Audi. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough vehicle health checks using the latest technology to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Perform vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Carry out additional repairs as authorized by the customer, ensuring all work is properly documented and warranty repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Take customers' vehicles out on road tests to ensure all faults are rectified and the vehicle is safe to drive.
- Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous experience working within a workshop environment.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Full UK driving license and completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- MOT license is a bonus.
