Our service is designed to provide a homely and family-style environment, with spacious communal areas, a dedicated activity room, and an enclosed outdoor garden.
We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviours, and will possess outstanding staff management and organisation skills.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with and able to apply CQC, the Mental Health Capacity Act, and other professional regulations. They will also have good presentation and report writing skills, and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards it.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations
- Managing learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviours
- Providing outstanding staff management and organisation skills
- Familiarising yourself with CQC, the Mental Health Capacity Act, and other professional regulations
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care
