A prestigious and well-respected legal practice is looking for a talented Senior Real Estate Solicitor with over 10 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to enhance their growing conveyancing team.


Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a comprehensive and diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions. This includes handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Handle complex commercial property issues, including lease renewals and business acquisitions.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to foster client relationships.
  • Ensure smooth progression of cases from instruction to completion.


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in residential conveyancing, alongside a solid grasp of commercial property law. You should be highly organized, adept at managing a busy workload, and have exceptional client-facing abilities. A proactive approach, strong prioritization skills, and a commitment to maintaining high technical standards are essential. Experience in business development and a drive to expand the firm's client base will be advantageous.
