Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our team at Michael Page Australia. As a Senior Finance Executive, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our finance team, ensuring the effective management of our financial operations and the delivery of high-quality financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring the effective management of financial operations and the delivery of high-quality financial reporting.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and senior management.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability and security.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Develop and implement financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial policies, and procedures.
