About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Internal Sales Member, based in our office in North Shropshire. As a key member of our internal sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our product portfolio to ensure customers receive the best solutions for their business.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. You will have a strong understanding of the livestock industry, particularly dairy, and be able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of the livestock industry, including dairy production and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
