About the Role
We are working with a rapidly growing manufacturing business to recruit an Internal Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals
- Contribute to the development of sales reports and presentations to senior management
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a manufacturing or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
