Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery and supervision of targeted CBT informed early interventions to support young people's mental health and wellbeing.
- Provide leadership within the team focused on service delivery, ensuring a high-quality, safe, and responsive mental health service to children, young people, parents/carers, and professionals.
- Work in partnership with service users and partner agencies, as part of a multi-agency system, to deliver a comprehensive mental health service.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in CAMHS clinical and leadership experience, who is passionate about mental health support in schools. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality mental health services to children and young people.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including children, young people, parents/carers, and professionals.
