About the ProgrammeOur Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive training and development experience, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a residential surveyor. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in residential surveying and valuation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of residential valuation reports
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information
- Develop and maintain knowledge of residential building pathology and valuation techniques
- Work closely with experienced surveyors to develop your skills and knowledge
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
To be considered for this programme, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
- Have a strong base knowledge of residential building pathology
- Hold a RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post-graduate qualification, or a RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree
- Have a minimum of one year's industry relevant work experience, or two years' experience with a RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree
