Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in residential valuation and property risk services, working alongside our experienced team of RICS-registered surveyors.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting our surveyors in the delivery of residential valuation and property risk services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality services that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surveyors in the delivery of residential valuation and property risk services
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality services
  • Develop skills and knowledge in residential valuation and property risk services
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
