Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will report to the Site Director and your key responsibilities will include:
* Upholding the duties of an Operations Manager while adhering to recognized legal and ethical standards, as well as company policies regarding Health and Safety, Environmental, and Social responsibilities.

* Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to analyze information to find optimal solutions
* Established track record in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement within manufacturing
* Effective leadership skills, providing clear and inspiring direction to the team
* Competence in performance management, fostering high standards through motivation and support
* Strong planning and organizational abilities, capable of adapting to changes while achieving objectives.
