Restaurant Manager Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Wild Rabbit. As a natural leader with a 5-star service background, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a high-performing Front of House team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and champion The Wild Rabbit standards
  • Set the example of exceptional service
  • Train and develop the Front of House team
  • Actively drive average spending per head by identifying opportunities for up-selling
  • Delegate daily tasks to Supervisors and Bar Manager and support their delegation to the team
  • Drive PDR sales and events
  • Work alongside our team of Chefs and General Manager to develop all food and beverage offerings
